Governor Kim Reynolds, Lt. Governor Adam Gregg, Iowa Department of Public Safety Commis- sioner Stephan Bayens and Iowa State Patrol Colonel Nathan Fulk will honor 14 Iowans — both citizens and first responders—from communities across the state for their lifesaving efforts. The ceremony will feature the Iowa State Patrol Honor Guard and the Young Patriots.
The ceremony will take place at the State Capital Rotunda in Des Moines at 10 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2023.
The prestigious ceremony will feature the Iowa State Patrol Honor Guard and songs performed by the Young Patriots, as well as special guest Kelly Sullivan, granddaughter of the youngest Sullivan brother Albert, who will be in attendance.
