IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Some of the flooding may be significant.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of rain with embedded thunderstorms will occur across the area through this morning with peak hourly rates around 1 inch from the strongest storms. Rainfall totals will vary considerably across the watch area. Hardest hit areas along and south of Highway 34 have already seen between 3 to 5 inches or more, with upwards to an additional inch possible early this morning. Otherwise, other locations south of Interstate 80 saw between 1 to 3 inches of rain overnight, with areas north less than an inch.
