You’re invited to the Muscatine Art Center on Tuesday, December 31, to celebrate the start of 2025 — a little early!
Community members are invited to enjoy tasty snacks, create party hats and noisemakers, and stay for the early balloon drop at noon! Registration is not required, and the celebratory event is free of charge.
