Family, friends, and members of the community gathered in the City Council Chambers at Muscatine City Hall to welcome new City Administrator Matt Mardesen who was sworn in by Mayor Brad Bark during the City Council meeting Thursday. Also sworn in was Assistant City Administrator Anthony Kies and City Clerk Cinda Hilger.
