Established in 1974 to bring the concept of shared blood services to the Quad Cities region, the founders of ImpactLife helped unite local hospitals and communities in the goal of providing a safe, plentiful blood supply for area patients.
Having evolved and grown across the Midwest from small, independent community nonprofits into an 800+ team spanning four states, ImpactLife is now proudly celebrating 50 years of saving lives.
The organization will share in this achievement with a ceremonial ribbon cutting presented by the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GMCCI) at their community donor center in Muscatine on Thursday, December 19, 2024, commencing at noon.
