A ribbon cutting celebration will be held in honor of the new truck driving program available at Muscatine Community College this Wednesday, May 22, at 4 p.m.
Housed at the McAvoy Center, this site has been approved by DOT for training and testing. Students of the program can get hands-on training on the driving techniques needed to hold a CDL in eight weeks or less, including planning and mapping a trip, logging hours, defensive driving and safety operations.
Those interested are invited to learn more about this fantastic addition to MCC’s curriculum.
