Third grade student at McKinley Elementary School Raylee Hazen recently made the decision to implement a service project reigning as the Muscatine County Fair Princess.
Hazen created packets for every McKinley Elementary School class so students could make Christmas cards for active service members in the military.
Many of these cards will be delivered to the VA Hospital, and some will be mailed to military service men and women.
