Kentucky farmers continue to make harvest progress.
Corn harvest is 89% complete. Soybean harvest is 70% complete with 95% dropping leaves.
Tobacco is 55% stripped, with 21% of the housed tobacco in good condition.
Winter wheat is 57% planted, with 33% emerged, and 79% rated good to excellent.
Pasture conditions are just 30% good to excellent. While much of the state received decent rains last week, it did little to improve pasture conditions.
