Farmer would like to see demand pick up for exports

A Nebraska farmer says he’s closely watching US exports and what that means for his bottom line.

Chris Clausen tells Brownfield demand has been steady the past few years. “Now, it sounds like China and their economy has backed off a bit so we’re producing more than we need right now.”

He says it’s becoming more difficult to market his grain. “The markets don’t want to respond to the dry weather.
