
Michigan producers had a small window to continue fieldwork last week due to cold and wet weather conditions.
The USDA says as of Sunday 2% of the state’s expected corn crop has been planted, behind the five-year average pace of 7%.
Six percent of soybeans have been planted, near the five-year average of 7%.
Twenty-one percent of the expected winter wheat crop has jointed, and 64% of the crop is in good to excellent condition.
