MO ag groups respond to WOTUS injunction

State agriculture groups are applauding a decision from a U.S. District Court in North Dakota to stop the implementation of the Biden administration’s updated Waters of the United States rule.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey called the district court’s decision to issue a preliminary injunction a major win for the state’s farmers. Missouri Farm Bureau President Garrett Hawkins tells Brownfield it’s encouraging the updated WOTUS rule has been halted in most states across the country.
