U.S. ethanol exports down 12% on month

U.S. ethanol exports fell from January to February.

The Renewable Fuels Association says exports of 104 million gallons were 12% lower than the previous month, with Canada taking the top slot for the 23rd month in a row. The other leading markets were South Korea, the United Kingdom, Jamaica, and the European Union. The RFA says exports to Brazil were minimal following the reimposition of a 16% import tariff on U.S. ethanol.

Exports of distillers dried grains with solubles were 764494 tons, a 1% month-to-month decline.
