Steve Sterchi leads the team “that sits between research and commercial” for Syngenta Seeds. As head of project strategy and business development, Sterchi is responsible for gathering up data from research and matching it up with what farmers are demanding.
“We have the critical role of advancing the right products so farmers can capture the value they need,” he explains.
