Looking to add to the family? Through February 14, the Muscatine Humane Society is offering free adoptions for all felines at the shelter. Each cat and kitten available for adoption is fully vetted: They are spayed and neutered, current on all age appropriate vaccines, de-wormed and treated for parasites and microchipped.
