Soybean export window closing as corn window opens

U.S. corn and soybeans have differing export outlooks. Dale Durchholz, owner of Grain Cycles, tells Brownfield he sees the window for soybeans closing later this month because of Brazil’s projected record crop, “There’s some comments farmers are going pretty aggressively sell their crop because they don’t have enough places to store it all and so I think we’re going to see pretty aggressive movement of Brazilian beans into the pipeline once they start pulling into the channel.”

Durchholz says that’s about the time export demand for U.S.
