Funding available to Indiana farmers in WLEB to improve water quality

Funding is now available for Indiana farmers in the Western Lake Erie Basin to help implement conservation practices on their land.  The funds, made possible through the Regional Conservation Partnership Program, will assist farmers in implementing practices that keep nutrients on fields and improve watersheds.  Counties in the Western Lake Erie Basin include parts of Adams, Allen, Dekalb, Noble, Steuben, and Wells

Indiana-eligible practices for this funding period include filter strips, structures for water control, habitat planting, livestock management, and nutrient management.
