Some of the amenities within the City of Muscatine park system have been or will be closed in preparation for the winter season. Restroom facilities in Weed Park, Fuller Park, and Musser Park will be closed on Monday, November 7, by the Parks and Recreation Department. Drinking fountains have now been winterized throughout the park system.
