Meeting consumer demand for eggs

The American Egg Board, the U.S. egg industry’s national marketing organization, has launched the Eggcelerator Lab to increase demand for eggs and egg products by meeting consumer needs.  

Emily Metz, president and CEO of the American Egg Board, says the Eggcelerator lab will put more eggs in front of more people in new ways.
