Southern Indiana Farmer Ben Kron says his corn yields are below average.
“I was kind of shocked by that,” he says. “They’re running about 40 bushels under what we thought they would be, so that’s pretty substantial.”
He tells Brownfield soybean yields are variable.
“Our bean yields are kind of all over the place. Some fields are good, some fields are average, and some are a little below average.
