Soybean and sorghum harvest is underway for some farmers in Kansas as record drought continues across the state.
The USDA says 2 percent of soybeans have been harvested and 22 percent is good-to-excellent. Four precent of sorghum is in and 16 percent of the crop is good-to-excellent.
Twenty-seven percent of corn has been harvested with 22 percent good-to-excellent.
Two percent of winter wheat has been planted.
Pasture and range conditions are 8 percent good-to-excellent.
