25th Annual West Liberty Children’s Festival, Fiesta Latina kick off this weekend

Double the excitement is to be had in downtown West Liberty on Third Street this Saturday, September 10, 2022, as the 25th Annual West Liberty Children’s Festival and Fiesta Latina will return for a day of fun.

Hosted by the Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre Company, the West Liberty Children’s Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a schedule chock full of performances, crafts, and activities guaranteed to be fun for the entire family.

This time around, the community will see guest puppeteers from Kenya, Bulgaria and eight different U.S. states including California, Massachusetts and Connecticut, as Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre Company welcomes Great Plains Puppet Train, a Midwest puppetry festival, starting Thursday.

The Festival also promises local dance performances, the highest-quality entertainment, and great food.

Immediately following the Children’s Festival, get your groove on at the Fiesta Latina event, from 3 to 9:30 p.m. complete with multiple professional musical presentations, dancers and fabulous authentic Latino Cuisine.
