Wade Edward Leaver, 76, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at his home.

Sam was born on October 30, 1945, in McKenzie, Tennessee, the son of Willie Pete and Iva Dell Marsh Leaver. Wade was united in marriage to Wendy Morehead in Muscatine.
Wade was a veteran of the United States Navy. He served from 1966 until 1971 as a diesel mechanic. After that, he worked as a roofer. In his free time, Sam enjoyed fishing and tinkering on vehicles.
Wade will be deeply missed by his sister, Joyce Leaver, along with all his many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wendy; his parents, as well as 5 sisters and 1 brother.
