Cynthia C. Edwards

Cynthia Carol Edwards, 56, of Muscatine, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at home.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022, in Greenwood Cemetery. Reverend Darryl Erickson will officiate.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Cindy was born on November 2, 1965, in Iowa City, the daughter of Ronald L. and M. Sue Thomason Edwards.

She worked at True Value Hardware Store.  Cindy enjoyed baking, gardening, flowers, antiques, and going to car races.  She loved her grandchildren, spending time with her family, her two dogs, Buddy and Oliver, and her two cats, Junior and Rascal.

Cindy will be deeply missed by her son, Nathan Hargrave and wife, Erin, of Fruitland; longtime companion, Jeffery Long; two granddaughters, Bethany and Alexis Hargrave; and one sister, Julie Gridley and her husband, Jason, both of Wilton.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
