Republican Joni Ernst tells Brownfield fertilizer prices are a major concern, but… “The other cost of course that hit them this spring and is going to hit them again this fall is the diesel costs,” she said. “When they are continuing to pay through the nose for really high fuel, it really cuts into their profit margins.”
She says the Biden administration needs to work on finding solutions that help bring down prices.
