CME milk futures and most cash dairy down again Monday

Milk futures were down and cash dairy prices were all lower except for whey again on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Monday.

June Class III milk was unchanged at $24.33.  July closed down $0.35 at $22.43.  August closed down $0.42 at $23.08.  September was down $0.16 at $23.42.  October through May contracts ranged from nine cents lower in April to nine cents higher in November.

Dry whey was up $0.0250 at $0.50.  One sale was recorded at that price.

Cheese Blocks were unchanged at $2.09. No sales were made.

Cheese Barrels were down $0.0225 at $2.1425.  No sales were made.

Butter was down $0.0050 to $2.91.  Two sales were made at $2.90 and $2.91.

Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0100 at $1.78. One sale was made at that price.
