Robert E. Nesbitt, 62, formerly of Muscatine, passed away on January 14, 2022, in Long Beach, California.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Riverside Park (riverfront by the anchor statue.) Memorials may be made to Nadine Nesbit.
Robert was born on September 18, 1959, in Muscatine, the son of Milton D. Carlisle and Charlene L. Nesbit Carlisle.
He graduated from Wilton High School. Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for the California Forestry Fire.
He is survived by his children, Joshua and Carin Nesbitt; his sister, Nadine Nesbit; and his brothers, Norm Carlisle, Forrest Carlisle,
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Milton D. Carlisle and Charlene L. Nesbit Carlisle; his brother, LeRoy E. Nesbitt; his nephew, LeRoy Nesbitt Jr.; and his niece, C.T. Nesbitt.
