KWQC anchor Marci Clark pays visit to aspiring Muskie journalists

Muscatine High School students were in for a real treat this week as former Muskie and current KWQC TV6 News reporter Marci Clark paid a visit to speak with aspiring student journalists.

Marci shared what a day in the life of her role as an anchor were like with the members of the “Muskie Minutes” team, a group of students who produce their own weekly newscast.

Students were able to ask questions and gain further insight into the fascinating world of on-air reporting in addition the skills and necessities needed to become successful in the career-path.

Oh, the places our Muskies will go!
