Agricultural research funding received nearly a $220 million increase to $3.5 billion, $550 million additional dollars will support rural broadband, and more than $78 million is dedicated to climate initiatives.

More than $830 million is directed for increased purchases of fruits and vegetables in nutrition assistance programs while school nutrition waivers went unfunded.
