No injuries in dairy barn fire at SDSU
There are no injuries from a dairy barn fire at South Dakota State University in Brookings (SD).
The fire was reported to the Brookings Fire Department Tuesday morning which was able to extinguish the flames once all dairy cattle were removed from the building. The Brookings County sheriff’s office, which is still investigating, says the fire appeared to have started in a manure pumping room and spread to other parts of the barn.
