Promoting the beef brand

The Federation of State Beef Councils is a division of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and a contractor to the Beef Checkoff Council.  

Clay Burtrum of Oklahoma and Brad Hastings sat down to talk about some of the ways the Federation is helping to bring the iconic beef brand back in front of consumers.  

From advertising on the Hallmark Channel during the month of December to sponsoring the Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner 300, the race ahead of the Daytona 500, for a second year.  The Federation is making sure beef is in front of consumers.
