Following light snow overnight, dangerously cold through midweek

Another round of light snow early Monday morning moved through with the passage of a storm system to the northeast will be followed by dangerously cold conditions through Thursday morning.

Periods of snow overnight into early this morning have resulted in snow covered and slippery roads. Be careful driving this morning!

A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for tonight for areas north and west of Muscatine, with values as low as 20 to 30 below in the wind chill advisory.

Wind chills will be between -10 and -30 degrees Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. Wednesday morning is expected to be the coldest with wind chills up to -35 along the Highway 20 corridor.
