UPDATED, Thursday 2:30 p.m.: Muscatine Power and Water reports this morning’s water main break on Cedar Street has been repaired.
The break was reported near Grace Lutheran Church and 2107 Cedar Street. Both lanes of the street have reopened to traffic.
