Iowa chapter awards scholarships to students pursuing career in land or agriculture

The Iowa Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) has awarded scholarships to Iowa State and University of Northern Iowa Students.

The scholarship winners are Sophie Bell, an agriculture business major at Iowa State University; Calvin Carlson, an agriculture business major at Iowa State University; Will Feucht, an agriculture business major at Iowa State University; Tessa Geiger, an agriculture business major at Iowa State University; Derek Krogmann, a finance and real estate major at the University of Northern Iowa; and Colton Moore, an agriculture business major at Iowa State University.

The scholarships are given annually to students interested in pursuing a career in the land or agriculture industry.  The winners will be recognized at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the ASFMRA Iowa Chapter February 2-3 at Iowa State.

Members of the Iowa Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers work with nearly 2 million acres across Iowa. ASFMRA members are recognized as the most trusted rural property professionals and their accreditation represents the highest level of professionalism in the industry.
