Truterra and Verdesian team up to support sustainability efforts
Verdesian Life Sciences and Truterra are partnering to advance conservation and soil health practices.
Truterra senior agronomist Jennifer Wells says the two companies are launching innovation trials in 2022 focused on nitrogen use and cover crops.

The collaboration will enable participating farmers to test and measure the sustainability and profitability impacts of Verdesian’s nutrient use efficiency and cover crop technology solutions by using Truterra’s sustainability tool.

“It just makes sense for us to work together. We have a lot of shared values certainly focused on ag retail success (and) providing agronomic solutions that reduce nutrient loss. We’re both committed to sustainability.”
He tells Brownfield the innovation trials will continue to evolve as Verdesian and Truterra work together to leverage their ag retail networks to help farmers protect and restore the environment.
