Mild start to the week, with record highs and windy conditions possible Wednesday

We are going to see some beautiful weather for the next few days, as we continue to trend unseasonably warm.

Along with increasing temperatures, the Quad Cities office of the National Weather Service said Sunday night we will be seeing more sun than clouds as well! Grab a light jacket and enjoy this unusual December weather.

Wednesday will be very warm and windy over the area with high temperatures forecast to reach the 60s to around 70, well above record highs for December 13.

Winds may gust over 45 mph in the afternoon and evening.
