CME milk futures, cash dairy mostly higher Friday

Most milk futures and cash dairy prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Friday. 

December Class III milk was down a penny at $18.60.  January held steady at $19.82.  February closed up $.11 at $19.96.  March was up $.09 at $19.69.  April through November contracts ranged from nine to nineteen cents higher.

Dry whey was unchanged at $0.7125.  No sales were recorded.

Cheese Blocks were up $1.50 at $1.8650.  Three sales were recorded between $1.85 and $1.8650.

Cheese Barrels held steady at $1.68 with one sale at that price.   

The butter market remains active, closing up $.0750 at $2.1225.  There were eleven sales ranging from $2.12 to $2.1225. 

Nonfat dry milk went up $.03 to close at $1.6250.  No sales were recorded.
