Jonathan Bailey Milligan, 50, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Trinity Rock Island.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 1, 2021, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Broadway Cemetery in Owego, New York. Memorials may be made to the family, in care of Adrienne. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. Jonathan was born on September 13, 1971, in Delhi, New York, the son of David Pease Milligan and Elaine Marie Bailey Milligan. He married Adrienne Zabrina Hoffman on November 14, 1998, in Gig Harbor, Washington.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, an Eagle Scout, a leader for Scouts BSA (including Scoutmaster twice), an Amateur ‘Ham’ Radio Operator, and an eleven-year member of BNI (Business Network International). He was an avid genealogist, enjoyed gold prospecting with his family, had fun playing Dungeons & Dragons as well as World of Warcraft with friends and family, and loved helping others in any way that he could.

Jonathan is survived by his wife, Adrienne Milligan of Wapello; four children, Kelly Milligan, Ozias Milligan, Ivory Milligan, and Anton Milligan, all of Wapello; his parents, David and Elaine Milligan of Pennsylvania, and two siblings, Thomas Milligan (and wife, Amy, along with nephew David, niece Alexandra, niece Megan, and nephew Nathaniel) of Oklahoma; and Mary Milligan Walton (and husband, Steven, along with niece Stephanie and nephew Daniel) of Iowa.
