Missouri corn maturity behind

Eleven-percent of Missouri’s corn crop was mature as of Sunday, behind the average of 17 percent. Condition was 80% fair to good. Corn at the dough stage is in line with average, denting is a bit behind.

Soybeans are mostly fair to good, at 84%. Blooming and setting pods are in line with average.

Cotton progress is well behind the average with only two-percent of bolls opening. Rice harvest is five-percent complete ahead of the five-year average.
