Consumers are still reaching for pork
Consumer demand for pork at the grocery store is expected to remain strong even as the US continues to open up and people are back to eating at restaurants. The National Pork Board says they expect the strong “eat at home” trend to continue. And as Kiersten Hafer explains, you might be surprised at what consumers are choosing from the meat case.
