Muscatine Community School District Food Pantry now available only to families of students

Because of COVID-19, the Muscatine Community School District Food Pantry has been serving everyone who has visited the pantry. Starting this June, the pantry will return to their normal practice and will be serving only families who have a student in the district.

Clients will be registered and must provide name, address, phone number, and number of children in the household. Clients must have a student who is enrolled in the Muscatine Community School District to receive service.

For those seeking assistance who are not eligible for the MCSD Pantry you can utilize the following pantries in the community:
MCSA, 312 Iowa Avenue, Tuesday 10am-12pm and Thursday 10am-12pm

Salvation Army, 1000 Oregon Street, open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Anyone who needs food should call for an appointment on those days. If it is an emergency situation, they can help immediately.
