MO cattle producer focused on providing education
An eastern Missouri farmer is helping teach kids in St. Louis about agriculture. Bill McLaren voices a cattle exhibit at the St. Louis Science Center and brings cattle to the center’s GROW Gallery.
“People trust farmers, we’re really well trusted in the community and to be able to put hands on and visit first-hand with somebody is great,” he said.

“St. Louis is becoming a mecca for agriculture in all honesty with some of the company’s that’re here and it’s just really a good thing,” McLaren said.
McLaren presented a red angus heifer to Governor Mike Parson During the Governor’s visit to the center highlighting Missouri beef Thursday.
