Staying healthy with an aging digestive system

Are those tomatoes causing you problems after you eat them?  Maybe it’s pineapple?  As we get older our digestive tracts age right along with us. 

But Registered Dietician Kim Galeaz says that doesn’t mean we have to stop eating those fruits and veggies that may be causing us problems altogether.

And as a reminder she says if you’re having consistent digestive problems to see your doctor to make sure those aren’t signs of something more severe.
