Ninety-four percent of winter wheat is jointing and 59 percent headed, with 76 percent rated good to excellent.  Apples are 87 percent in full bloom and 55 percent rated good to excellent.  Pastures are rated 60 percent good to excellent.

Topsoil and subsoil moisture are both 94 percent adequate to surplus.
