First National Bank appoints new president/CEO

The Board of Directors of First National Bank of Muscatine are proud to announce that Debra R. Lins has been selected as President/CEO of First National Bank of Muscatine, succeeding long-time President/CEO Scott Ingstad.

Lins brings over 40 years of industry knowledge and experience to the Bank. Throughout her career, she has led and worked at several community banks, initially starting her career within the Farm Credit System. Debra served as the President/CEO and organizing director of Community Business Bank, Sauk City, Wisconsin, and served as President/CEO and Director of Markesan State Bank, Markesan, Wisconsin. She also ran her own bank consulting company.

Debra earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Wisconsin and received her undergraduate degree from Lakeland College – Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

She has served in leadership roles for both the state and national banking trade associations. Debra recently stepped down from the Wisconsin Governor’s Banking Review Board after serving 15 years as a Governor appointment member.

Lins stated, “I am honored to carry forward First National Bank’s mission and strong commitment serving the financial needs and trust services of our community. I look forward to working side by side with our dedicated directors and employees.”
