Members selected for House Rural Broadband Task Force

Twenty-seven house democrats will serve on the House Rural Broadband Task Force for the 117th Congress.

Led by House Majority Whip James Clyburn of South Carolina, the group will continue working on solutions with a goal for all Americans to have high speed internet access by 2025.

The group plans to reintroduce the Accessible, Affordable Internet for All Act and engage in meaningful partnerships with communities and stakeholders.

Task force members include Cheri Bustos and Lauren Underwood of Illinois, Cindy Axne of Iowa, Ron Kind and Mark Pocan of Wisconsin, and Angie Craig of Minnesota.
