Coronavirus cancels Western Illinois University Farm Expo
The 2021 Western Illinois University Farm Expo has been cancelled because of COVID-19 pandemic limitations.
The 51st annual event, hosted by the university’s Agriculture Mechanization Club, was scheduled for early February but would have exceeded the number of people currently allowed to gather on campus.
The expo, acknowledged as the largest, student-run agriculture show in the country, attracts more than 150 vendors, and provides networking opportunities for students.
