Lane restrictions will be in place at several locations in Muscatine starting today, including the intersection of Isett and Lake Park Boulevard, East 2nd Street from Cypress to Brook, and West 8th Street from Iowa Avenue to Linn Street. All traffic restrictions should be cleared by the end of the day on Wednesday, the city says.
