It’s official. Biden picks Vilsack to lead USDA
It’s now official. President-elect Joe Biden has picked Tom Vilsack to be his Secretary of Agriculture.
In making the announcement, Biden said Vilsack “is ready to get to work on day one”. He says Vilsack will bring “bold thinking” to the job.
Vilsack served as Ag Secretary for all eight years of the Obama Administration.
