How long has your station been on the air?  

KRFS AM has been on the air since 1959.  The FM station has been on the air since 1977.

How long have you been a Brownfield affiliate?

 Since the beginning of time!  At least since the mid 90’s

What Brownfield programs do you air?  

AM Livestock Report, AM Ag Headlines, NE Morning Ag Business Report, all Farmbreaks, Opening Livestock, Board of Trade, Midday Agribusiness, Midday Livestock, Commodity Update, Late Session Update

Tell us about the services your station provides.  

Typical News, Weather, Sports.  Heavy presence with weather, especially during severe weather season.  Local Sports Coverage of area teams. 

Tell us about your community involvement.   

We try to have a high presence in the school systems bringing in students to record and learn about radio.  We also work closely with area hospitals, especially now during the pandemic. 

Tell us about any involvement you have, or coverage you provide, to any agriculture related groups.  

We carry extension reports from UNL and K-State daily, plus NRCS and local extension groups when needed and necessary.
