Crossroads has been around for over 50 years providing services for Muscatine individuals with disabilities to grow and learn to met their full potential. The individuals that work through Crossroads will be found doing multiple different jobs. Such as, small machine operations, shredding and document destruction, packaging, assembly work, re-work, labeling, industrial sewing, and sorting. Crossroads provides their employees with opportunities to learn job skills, socialization, self esteem, independents, and integration.
